The duration of the entrance
examination will be 2 hours 30 minutes. Each question will
carry ONE mark.
Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics students shall attend
PART I, II & III.
Physics, Chemistry and Biology students shall attend PART
I, II & IV.
Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology Students, can
either attend Part I, II, III or Part I, II, IV
at their choice.
Candidates attending Part I, II & III are eligible for
all the 12 programmes. Candidates attending Part I,
II & IV are eligible for Biotechnology and Bioinformatics
only.
A candidate has to attend any 3 parts only as indicated
above. If any candidate attends all the 4 parts, the valuation
will be done for the first 3 parts only .The answers given
in PART IV will not be considered forvaluation.
NO negative marks for wrong answers. The Entrance Examination
will be held in 31 cities all over India.

All the questions will be from the State
Board of Higher Secondary school and CBSE syllabi only.

Eligibility:
A
pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum average of
60% of marks, in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology.
Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) candidates are
eligible for all the courses.
Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB) candidates are eligible
only for B.Tech. Bioinformatics & Biotechnology Courses.
Candidates appearing for the 10+2 examination in March 1
April 2006 are also eligible.
