AICET Admission details:

 Date of forms and place of purchase:

1. Candidates can download the application form from the website www.aimeca.org or www.aicet.org or obtain the Information Booklet and Application Form by Speed/Registered Post / courier directly by sending a written request along with the Demand Draft. The DD should be sent to AIMECA's Office for Rs. 1100/- (Rs. 250/- for application, Rs. 750/- for Examination and Rs. 100/- for Postage) to be drawn in favour of "AIMECA" payable at Chennai.

2. The candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the Information Bulletin. Applications not complying with the instructions will be rejected.

3. The filled in Applications should reach The President, AIMECA's office at "5110, H-Block, 1st Street, 12 Main Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai-600040"

4. All the Medical Colleges are approved by Medical Council of India, Dental Colleges by Dental Council of India, Pharmacy Colleges by Pharmacy Council of India, Nursing Colleges by Indian Nursing Council, Engineering Colleges by AICTE both UG & PG.

5. AICET- All India Common Entrance Test/Examination consists of two papers with objective type questions for all UG courses and a third paper "Aptitude Test" which is necessary for B.Arch. and B. Plan. Students.

AICET Syllabus:

 Eligibility:
The minimum academic qualification for admission to UG courses through AICET is a pass in the final examination of 10+2(class XII) or equivalent examination or likely to be passed, etc

AICET Test Centres:

 Colleges:
The candidates taking up this examination can join any course : Medical, Para-Medical, Dental, Nursing, Pharmacy, Engineering & Technology, Management, Architecture, Agriculture, Town Planning, Applied Arts & Crafts, Homeopathy, Ayurvedic, Siddha, Unani and Technical Education, etc., according to their eligibility to the course concerned anywhere in the country.

The candidates must have passed or likely to pass in the subjects of physics, chemistry, biology and mathematics individually at the qualifying examinations. Those who have taken plus two examination in the year 2004, 2005 and 2006 can also appear for the entrance test provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later.
